Janelle Sullivan
Nutrition Consultant
Janelle is a Nutrition Consultant working with Dr. Blackman at West End Wellness. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Wellness and a minor in Kinesiology. She is also a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Professional Member with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
Throughout college she worked in a Hospital alongside a Dietician learning the system of Nutrition in an acute care facility. After college she worked with Dr. Blackman for three years in his Chiropractic and Nutrition office while also working in a local gym helping members with diet and lifestyle goals.
She has a passion for Holistic Nutrition and truly enjoys educating and helping people.

Cassandra Redfern
Nutrition Consultant
Cassandra is a certified holistic health coach and personal trainer, and is excited to join Janelle and Dr. Blackman at West End Wellness. She is receiving a Master's in Nutritional Science through the University of Rhode Island, and previously graduated with a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire.
Over the past few years, she has worked as a market manager for two local farmer's markets. She has also completed her 8-month long clinical internship that qualifies her to sit for the Registered Dietitian exam.
She aspires to help individuals obtain a sustainable way of life through healthy eating, exercise, and nutrition education!
